HOTEL LiVEMAX Tokyo-Otsuka Ekimae

Showers were good. Location was excellent! It was just a 5 minute walk to the Otsuka station. Neighborhood was nice and quiet with a few convenient stores nearby.

The hotel is near the yamanote line which is convinient for tourist like me.there also restaurants and convinience store nearby.

Location & cleanliness

Very good staff, always available, and ready to help. No problem to leave our luggages after the check in or the check out to go visit the city without dragging our luggage, we appreciate it very much. Small rooms but usual in Tokyo, for the very good price, it is a good compromise.
